BYORCA Terms of Use

These terms cover the BYORCA application at analytics.byorca.co. BYORCA ("we") is a talent-management company for YouTube creators. The application powers the private performance dashboards we share with the creators we manage.

YouTube Terms of Service

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please read them before you connect a channel.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what the application accesses, how we use it, and how you revoke access. It also references the Google Privacy Policy, which governs Google's own handling of your data.

Who may use the application

The application is for BYORCA's team and the creators we manage. It is not a public product and it has no self-service sign-up. Each creator connects their own channel and can disconnect it at any time.

What the application does

The application requests read-only access to the connected channel's YouTube Analytics data. It never uploads, edits, or deletes videos. It never posts or comments. It never changes channel settings. It cannot act on your account.

Revoking access

You can revoke the application's access at any time from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops this application from reading your channel through the Google APIs covered by that consent. On request we will also delete the stored tokens and analytics data we already hold — see the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
